INTRODUCTION

The forthcoming events listed below are primarily for the benefit of our members and will be taking place over the next 12 months. Where the public are invited or where restrictions exist with regard to members’ guests, these will be spelt out on the individual event.

SPRING 2026

On Friday, 27th March, we are holding an early ‘Easter Cakes’ day for our members and for their partners/carers etc. to also enjoy.

The Group’s Annual General Meeting will be held at our usual Friday meeting place, the Salvation Army Hall, Lammas Walk on Friday, 10th April.

SUMMER 2026

We have decided this year to provide an additional Summer treat for our Group members and following extensive research, we have gone full circle and on Friday, 29th May we will be having a leisurely lunch at our Christmas venue, Tilsworth Golf and Conference Centre.

This year’s main summer event will again be a Boat Trip on the River Great Ouse leaving from the Priory Marina, Bedford on Friday, 7th August 2026.

DECEMBER 4th 2026

As in previous years, the Christmas Lunch will be held at Tilsworth Golf and Conference Centre, full details to be announced later in the year.
